We offer you, the original purchaser, a LIFETIME WARRANTY. This warranty is non-transferable and is expressly limited to the costs of material for
repair, or if needed, replacement of defective parts or unit. This warranty does not cover any incidental costs or damages to you, the purchaser, from misuse or improper
care of this product. AutoArmorTM also offers you a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the finish of your new accessory. This
warranty is limited to defects in original workmanship and does not apply to damages to the finish of your product related to normal use.
We offer this warranty confident that all our products and parts/components are free from defects in materials or workmanship. The term "defects"
used within this warranty statement refer only to imperfections which do not allow you to use this product as originally intended. Our warranty only applies to our product
when used under normal conditions and with proper use. If a defect or imperfection becomes apparent, you the purchaser, will allow AutoArmorTM a reasonable amount of time for repair/replacement.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, modifications by the purchaser, abuse of said product, damage due to weather elements
or any costs incurred by the purchaser to modify, disassemble or reassemble the product purchased.
If you have a valid, approved claim under this warranty, AutoArmorTM will fix or replace the product
at no additional cost to you. All claims made under this warranty must be accompanied by the original dated purchase invoice, the defective product and a written
description of said defect and any other pertinent circumstances related to the warranty claim. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs regarding their warranty
claim.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All standard orders require a 50% down payment at the time of original order and balance of the order to be paid prior to shipment. Your payment may be in the form of a
certified check or by VISA or MasterCard. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all cancelled/returned orders. Products are shipped standard truck freight.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT
Be sure to inspect the carton for any outward visible damage and note it on the Bill of Lading. We recommend you open all the packages immediately and inspect your order
for damages or shortages. If you find damage or a discrepancy in your order, contact the freight company to request an inspection and begin a claim. The freight company
will pick up and return the product in question to us for replacement. You are required to repack all parts of the product you received with all the packing and crating
materials in the same way as they arrived. IF YOU FEEL YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING THE EXACT PRODUCT YOU ORDERED, DO NOT SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY. Contact us immediately so that we
may investigate your concerns. If this is an error on our part, we will not bill you. If you simply do not want to accept your order, you will be charged a 15% restocking
fee and shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may notify us within 7 days of when you received the product. You may notify us by e-mail or phone and we will
issue a Returned Materials Authorization number. When your complete order is returned to us in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price to you less shipping
costs and the 15% restocking fee. If an error was made on the part of AutoArmorTM, we will assume responsibility for all
shipping costs and no restocking fee will be charge to you.
To return an order, you must:

Return the order to us within 14 days of receiving the Returned Materials Authorization number.

Packing materials must be in their original form-not damaged or torn and all packing/crating materials must be returned.

The product must be returned in undamaged, resalable condition.

You, the purchaser, agrees to pay all shipping expenses, unless we assume an error in production.
If you do return a product, you must display the Returned Materials Authorization number in a prominent place on the outside of the returned box.
This will help to avoid delays related to your return. Once we have received the returned merchandise and find it in perfect return order, we will issue a credit to your
charge account or a return certified check, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee within 14 days of delivery date.
AutoArmorTM reserves the right to make improvements to our product at any time to enhance the quality
and durability of your truck accessory.
